I’m looking for a slab or remnant to put outdoors on top of 2 wine barrels for and outdoor table. I would like it to be think and approx 72″by 42″
What would be the best weather resistant material?

  2. Darla says:

In the pic of marble slab lifted in the air, what is that? It looks like super white which I am looking for. If I find 2 slabs I love, do you have a place in Spokane you wirk with? Thank you

We don’t, but we can refer you to a fabricator in your area. Unfortunately we’re out of the Super white at this time. You may like another one we have called Glacier White. Its a Marbly looking natural quartzite.

I am trying to find someone to resurface and seal my limestone kitchen counter tops—green in color. Do you have any suggestion?

  4. Ruth Beitzel says:

I’ve had an idea for a kitchen countertop and see it in a white that goes with a Brown. I don’t want gold nor do I want gray, but I’d like it to go with both. I checked with a kitchen designer and was told there was no such thing as white soapstone in real stone. Can you help me out with accurate information on that? I see the pictures on your site and wonder what I’m seeing. Thank you

      Hi Ruth,

Thank you for your inquiry. Although the “White Soapstone” isn’t a true soapstone, its actually a dolomite (hard marble). Its similar to Danby Marble from Vermont. The porosity rate is a lot lower than most marbles. Meaning it doesn’t stain as easy. Each of the slabs are 3cm honed on one side and leathered on the other. Both surfaces are ideal for a kitchen countertop. If you happen to get a stain or etch mark from acids (lemons), just remove it with a little comet or 220 sandpaper. Viola, its super easy to maintain! We have a limited quantity of these slabs, that measure 59′ x 110″. Let us know if you have any other questions.
      Cheers!

I’m looking for two slabs of THIN material to hang as a decorative piece. On piece (94 x 24) will hang vertically up the wall and the other (60×24) will continue horizontally across the ceiling (forming an “L” shape. I’m looking for a material that is white with grey accents- mostly likely in quartzite or marble). Is this something that you could do? If so, what material? What is a general cost estimate? Also- I live in Michigan. General shipping costs?

    Thank you,
    Rhonda
