HOLDS

We have a 7-day courtesy hold on materials without payment. Your payment is refundable, prior to pick up, within 90 days of purchase. We don’t mind storing your stone in our facility for a maximum of 90 days, as long as they’re paid in full

INSPECT PRIOR TO CUTTING

Stone is a product of nature. No two pieces of stone are identical and will vary in color, markings and texture. In certain stones, it is common to find inclusions, spots, fossils or shelly formations, pit holes, open texture streaks, iron spots, and grain formation changes. Please inspect material carefully for thickness, color and condition prior to fabrication and installation. Natural stone has variations in color, pattern and hardness consistency. No returns or material claims will be accepted after material has been cut. We recommend that you have your client review and approve material prior to fabrication and installation.

CLAIMS

Claims must be made within 3 business days after receipt of goods. No claims will be accepted on discounted or installed materials. Claims may not be filed against goods which invoice is past due.

RETURNS

No goods shall be returned without a prior authorization, approved by Crocodile Rocks. Returns are only considered when goods are in original factory packaging. Refunds will not be issued until  goods have been inspected. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned goods that are not in the original packing, has damaged packaging or that get damaged due to poor repacking will not be accepted.

PAYMENTS

We accept personal checks, Visa & MasterCard for your convenience. Payments shall be made within the time period stipulated by the Crocodile Rocks acknowledgement, any payments that are past due will be assessed a 1% per month late fee. Past due accounts may be considered to be changed to COD on all new transactions.
