The ones that have been installed for awhile. After you’ve had soapstone for awhile, you’ll stop trying so hard to make them look new. They’ll get this beautiful down to earth look, sort of a dried/chalky look, opposed to freshly oiled counters. If you like this, you’ll love soapstone! The oil dries up a bit quicker around the sink, where there is sitting water. Take a look at these beauties:
